To be more specific, Go to User CP. On the top toolbar, go to Edit Avatar. If you have it saved on your documents click browse and search for it. Or put the link of the picture in the link bar. There's a limit to how big it can be. It'll resize itself if it's too big though. I'll get a mod/admin to close this.
