This is based on the manga +Anima by Natsumi Mukai ~Story~ Cooroo is a boy, who like many others, possess incredible animal like abilities, if they have a bird in them, like Cooroo has the crow, they can grow wings and fly, or if they rememble fish they can make gills appear in their skin and get fins so they resemble mermaids.
