I'm not sure what to eat...But you could try taking some medicine.When I get leg cramps I use a heating pad and it works for me and sometimes it comes back but most of the time i goes away.

I am so sorry to hear about this but the best thing to do is just accept it these kinds of things happen and there's nothing you can do to stop it.You should tell your sister that and tell her that even if she's gone you'll still be friends and that she will be watching over you.That is what I do to try to feel better.Sorry if this advice isn't good but it's the best I came up with I hope I helped and again sorry to hear about this hope you guys feel better.
Yes I got bored so I drew him the camera was dead >_> so I had to use the webcam which is why you see my fingers.But anyways I know I screwed up on some stuff but CnC please?
