An 8 year old boy was sick with flu-like symptoms at the end of the school year, but was well within a week. He did test positive for the swine flu. Other than that, there's hardly been any buzz about it.

Agreed. I figured they'd drop it after the memorial service Tuesday. They haven't. The rest of the world has (to some extent). Yes, it's sad he's gone, but now it's been two, maybe three weeks since they first found him dead. They certainly aren't paying this kind of attention to McMahon, Fawcett, heck, even Mays. I've got the soundtrack from Twilight Princess that came with the LE 1:16 sword and shield set, and I love it, the music is just too pretty. I've got an Ocarina of Time Master mix somewhere that I haven't listened to in ages, shame on me.

Did anyone catch the Memorial Srvice they held today at the Staples Center in LA? They were showing it on numerous stations (I myself watched it on NBC) and I think they did a fantastic job sending him off in style. What killed me were the moments when his friends/family came on stage and talked about him, and I was in absolute tears when his daughter Paris came on stage and tried to talk about him between sobs. Even his brother Germaine told him that "Maybe now they'll leave you alone."

Five bucks says the driver who died was texting/talking on a cell phone. Just a guess because there was a thing in Boston a month ago when two subway trains crashed underground injuring dozens and the driver (who was pretty young) was texting on their phone while driving.

For whatever reason this morning, when I was looking for my car's owner's manual to check for my next service checkpoint, when I did locate the thing I went "Whoomp! There it is!" Haven't been able to get it out since, and that was easily 11 hours ago.
Thriller is one of my faves because of the dance, but the one that makes me weep on occasion is Man in the Mirror.
