It works in second too, just got to go from 3rd to 2nd. Also I found a hidden animation so now he has 4 attacks he can use.

I made a vid of it being in 2nd and 3rd district forgot to upload it now its gone.
Actually, I used it with Axel and when I used stuff like "get back!" it did damage, same with Xemnas Final. But I fear that Terra might not be so lucky like Marluxia, Axel, and Xemnas [Final] and have weapons that an do damage.
