there's something that's been bugging me for a while and I can't find an exact answer. After the scene where Riku met Ansem as the Island was falling apart Jiminy said that that never happened, but Donald said that it did, Jiminy just never saw it, and therefor never recorded it. So what does that mean? Did Ansem actually meet Riku before and that? Because I always thought what gave Riku darkness at the beginning was him opening up the door. So did that scene actually happen, or no?

despite all better judgement I went ahead and started playing this immediately after Days. Really liking it, but it's so hard, at least in critical that is. It gives one seemingly impossible task after another. People said DDD was hard. No, no, this is hard. My god, those running cards in Wonderland, I can't even get past 2.
for the first time and I want to give my two cents about it. I like this game far more than I anticipated when I was reading news about it years ago. However, while I like this game, I was kinda let down because the emotional impact near the end was so small because of bad story-telling. Nothing is made clear enough throughout the entire game for me to care about anyone but Roxas. Nothing is explained well enough for me to understand why anyone reacts to anything the way they do, and Xions death, which is supposed to be the heart-breaker of the entire thing, was lacking in any emotion (for me) because, like I said, it wasn't made clear enough why she acted the way she did. Despite the problems I have with the narrative not providing enough explanation, day 359 is really sad, though that may have something to do with Sanctuary playing than me actually caring. Also, when I started playing this game my hope was that it would make me care more about Roxas, make Xion seem like more than a completely superfluous character, and make the relationship between the three seem like something to care about. It did all three of those. I still don't care about Xion as much as I would like to, but at least she is more than a completely forgettable character.
The Disney Princesses are something that should absolutely under no circumstances whatsoever be updated. Apparently the two main characters from Tangled and The Princess and the Frog are considered Disney Princesses. Hell. No. This group (in my mind) is mad up of Snow White Cinderella Aurora Ariel Belle Jasmine Mulan these are the only ones whose existence I will acknowledge.

started again this morning and I was not at all as prepared as I thought I was. Going to bed last night fully aware that school started again the next day was a horrible experience, but waking up knowing I have school in 30 minutes is one of the most unwelcome feelings I'll ever come to know. So long relaxed, un-stressful days. I'll see you again in 6 months. edit: just brushed my teeth and put shoes on, let's see if I make it through the day without breaking down into tears. I would really like an optimist to teach me the whole positive attitude thing right about now

and it's pretty obvious that they just picked the most stereotypical nerd-looking guy to be the face of the show, and then just payed a bunch of other average joes to fill out the show and act like nerds. To be honest it kinda makes me sick, will never watch.

great game, one of the most enjoyable in the series, and while it will probably be up high on the list of my favorite in the series, it disappointed me because the game had absolutely no powerful emotional impact at the end. Though without a doubt I have never finished a kh game more excited for what is to come next.

i got roped into going to busch gardens late at night for only an hour. freezing my nips off walking back to the car in this god forsaken parking lot. definitely having hot chocolate when i get home. i would share with you khv, but i dont think i have enough for everyone.

I finally got my mom to tell me why she doesn't like the Hercules film. Her reason for not liking the entire film is that they made Hades a likable character.... ..... Whatever, I wasn't about to argue with my religious mother that her reason for not liking this character who I'm positive she assumes is the devil is ridiculous. Greek mythology 101: Hades is not the devil.
Because DDD is so confusing, my plan is just to play through proud mode and enjoy it while not thinking about it too much because there seems to be things from previous games that I haven't played that affect this story, and then when I'm done with proud mode I'll play the other ds games for the fist time, (should be here soon) and then come back and play critical seriously. I say this because I just read that apparently Riku is a Spirit, which is just too much because I already don't understand the whole multiple/parallel worlds or whatever the hell it is. I can't figure out if they exist in the same place, and if other characters are affected by one characters actions (like BBS), because the story suggests that is not the case, however other things (like wargoyle falling from the sky after riku beat him down to where sora fought him) suggest that that is the case. Whatever, I'll figure it out. Then once that's all done I can finally work towards completing my goal of having a 100% journal on the hardest difficulty of every game with all characters at the highest level. I've done that for KH, KHII, and KHIIFM. I still have to do it for KHFM, Re:CoM, the Japanese Re:CoM (hate that), BBS, and when I get them CoM, Days, Re:coded, and now DDD. Then after all that I can start branching out seriously into other games. Still need to buy BBSFM, but have yet to see it somewhere that won't cost me nearly $100.
