    I beg to differ
On further thought, there are plenty of other cultures that use this too, drunken knights, cowboys who become crack shot under the influence. It's actually quite common

Honestly, if you go back and look at FFVI and VII, they both have incredibly silly, shallow, or plain bad moments. It pains me to sya this, VI is my favourite in the series. But they're not as great as they are held up to be. And quite frankly, I find it silly that people complain about the story or characterization in XIII, since those are its strongest suits, besides, I suppose, graphics. The gameplay and level design is definitely atrocious, or at least, the gameplay doesn't actually become as good as its supposed to be until like 90% through the game, which is silly.
    I'll just out this here:

    for more thoughts on XIII

XII always felt like an MMO without the online. It's the kind of game you have to make your own fun with (I still remember the day I came back and could finally kill those stupid dinosaurs!)

And about XIII-2, not only did it sell millions of copies, but it's a game made reusing old assets, so the profit margin is even bigger

There's a better solution. A save editor. A friend of mine used one because he lost his ME2 save, so he recreated it with that

    Oh you poor unfortunate soul.
I thought you were playing the PS3 version.
Just so you know, the Origin version of ME3 is incompatible with ME1 and 2 for Steam

Arrival and Shadow Broker don't have a set timeline, I did them post collector base and pre-base, both work.

And don't get ALL the DLC :P
There's no reason to get the weapon packs and costume packs, and you can probably live without Genesis 2

All the DLC in ME2 and 3 can be done postgame, don't worry about it
And it's several missions all tying to one overarching side story. Lair of the Shadow Broker is all about Liara, Arrival is about preparing for the Reapers.
And all the DLC has an effect on ME3, so take that into consideration as well.
If I were to suggest what to get, I'd say get Lair of the Shadow Broker for ME2, adn Citadel for ME3, those are the two best bits of DLC, IMO
I'm not sure quite how long Lair of the Shadow Broker is... two+ hours, maybe? ME3's Citadel is 4 hours, easy, plus it has tonnes of replay value, it's hands down the greatest DLC in the Mass Effect franchise

You'll have to go through the same repetitive dungeon first ;)
And it'll be EXTRA boring because apparently it's too hard for them to come up with new items for each Zelda game
Enjoy your gimmicky games that take a step backwards with each installment. Can't wait for A Link to the We Ran Out of Ideas so We're Just Reusing Stuff From Our Old Game With a Stupid Gimmick 2
