in kh fm+ at what level do you get the growth abilities like dogde roll aand glide or high jump? im almost done with the game and havent gotten most of them :(

i was watching some cutscenes from kh2fm and on the organization meeting after axel died, and they were talking about axel being awakened by touching sora's heart. on another one xigbar and zexion were talking about this room of awakening... any speculation on this awakening thingy?
