I think he might be challenging that idea actually. Whether people are bad or not.

I agree people might not be born bad, but all the same, you can make that same argument for good I think. In which case for the sake of furthering where Mako started, what about people with prejudice actions when it comes to their crimes?

Like people who pull hate crimes against people of different races or sexualities. Recent actions taken in foreign countries where people are slaughtered for sexual preferences. WW2 with religious persecutions. KKK. Even dating back to the Crusades.

Also challenging the original question with this one. We call these things bad or look for sources. Just as it's very human for us to see issues with it, aren't the majority of these crimes that we'd designate as being bad also very human qualities? Things that humans have done naturally even before we began to publicly understand the sources that can go behind them?

Human beings are such various creatures that I doubt that you can pin it on a reason. In most cases it at least starts somewhere with some kind of pain.

That never has to always be the case though either, since it's a common thing even amongst the youngest of children that they'll test their limits. See how far they can go. What authority will and won't allow them to get away with.

Some people are just born that way. Though I think Makaze hits the nail on the head, I think the deeper reasons are just that it's how some people are. Whether they were brought up that way, learned to be that way, became that way.

Theft is the pull of undermining power. Murder can vary for so many reasons and situations that there's hardly a single point that you can pinpoint it on. I think that the main issue comes down to just how much societal views conflict with that person's personal views. And they will react appropriately to such.

At the most though, there's normally someone to blame for it I think.

    Questions

Maybe a better question to ask instead of asking where it begins and ends is whether it's something that you want to start?

Just as love is complicated, it's also simple. If there were a place love starts with a friend, I think that's around the point that you start to think that that person's a good partner. I also think that that's when you're able to tell if that person is really someone that you want to be with. Infatuation, love, lust, or anything else. I think that whether you want that person as a partner decides most of that stuff.

From what I've experienced, it tends to be just that a lot of the people here have actual ties with a lot of other members.

I'm definitely not one of the more well known members, but I know that a lot of people who actually meant something to me originally came from here. Hell, I've had family, a best friend, and an ex come from this place. And every time I've come back, I've always been able to find people here that I can catch up with on my return.

In general, it's the place where you go when you want to catch up with the past that doesn't involve a social networking site, and just a bunch of people that liked Kingdom Hearts. Kind of like a comfort zone for people that shared in what's probably a shared piece of a lot of our childhoods, just like the site itself became. And frankly the site itself hasn't died down at all, so it comes to the point that it can be similar to the same philosophy of visiting a parent's house.

    That's my take.

    Break it.

If you haven't done anything that might've upset her in return and this is strictly her aiming things at you, then this is just her blindly coming after you and using you. Giving you the benefit of the doubt (I've seen people cover their own trails a lot), the situation sounds more or less like she just wants the attention of it. And it seems pretty obvious that your kindness is going to get abused as a result if it keeps up like that.

If you observe people the right way, without throwing emotions into it, you can probably tell their state while you're mid conversation.

It's personally how I tend to work things since I actually have had the same problem. I think that the real problem might just be that you care about it too much. Though that's not always a bad thing, it might be a good idea for you to practice more control on it. Fears of other people's disapproval can end up effecting the way that you treat people too, and sometimes it'll cause you to fall short in your conversations with them as well. That's just a suggestion from one stand point though.

Things really caught you off guard the way they did with that one situation though. But you godda remember that people aren't right all the time, whether it was you or him in that situation. If you really know the people that you're talking to, or if you have more confidence in yourself that there's a reason that they're replying to you, then it would probably help ease your mind a little to consider things. Especially having confidence that they'd still want to reply to you.

That, and I feel like "just be yourself" would probably be pretty good advice.

At least it helps you to build up enough confidence over time so that your fears don't bother you as much. For the record though, unfriending you over a single grammar comment was entirely jumping the gun. He should've at least waited instead of doing some 'facebook unfriend day' and following with some sort of fad at the price of another person. More importantly, trust yourself to know when someone is or isn't annoyed with you. He was hiding things behind you and treating you badly. Is it really worth caring of you're a burden to a person like that?

You should check Scrubs out if you haven't.

Kinda surprised no one's mentioned it. The last episode would probably be perfect for you guys especially. I've gone through that series twice without being disappointed. I think they put a lot more care into it then they do a lot of other dramas. Personal opinion though.
