He then goes down to the prison and talks to the woman's armor and keyblade from the secret ending. It also shows this really long conversation with Zexion, Vexen and I think Xigbar. That REALLY needs to be translated.

Nope, the spoken voices in the COM remake are all in Japanese, as are the subtitles.

Nomura already said the people in the armor are completely new characters, so why does everyone keep saying the guy is Sora?
Over at http://www.kh-2.net/ there's 5 new scans that show spots from the new secret ending and the old guy is definitely wearing the same outfit that Xehanort's Heartless did in the intro to Kingdom Hearts 2. They're both wearing the same outfit!
Unfortunately, that in no way confirms anything. Square-Enix has dodged any questions regarding an outside Japan release, so chances are that it won't be released outside of Japan. Nothing is definite unless Tetsuya Nomura or Square-Enix says anything about it.

I take it that any e-mail they get with the words "Final Mix+" in it is marked as spam and gets that automated response. Personally, I'm offended by that.
