I just...I don't understand how you all had the patience to kill those tentacles...I just went and whooped up on the thing, ran off, healed, then went in again. Maybe I'll try the tentacles next time.
My own humble opinion, this has just as much button-mashing as KH2. But then again, I am big on button-mashing. I find it fun. This game's cool cause of the story and the random tidbits of character and info from the other Organization members. However, and once again, my own opinion which I will totally not mind if you ignore, all the rest of the games had superior stories, mainly cause you didn't already know one of the main characters was going to disappear in the end. Response to complaints: -It takes 10 to 15 minutes just to beat up one heartless, and even longer in mission mode with a organization member, for a evil group the weapons are pretty weak.. 1. Their weapons are kinda weak until you get the right gear. Xaldin kills me. He just...pushes everything away. - Almost everysingle day Roxas and Axel meet each other by the Twilight Town and have a ice cream, but plotwist- sometimes Axel doesn't come ! >_> 2. I think that was to let younger players know something's up...I mean, they need a little bit more than context clues to follow the story with its puppets and nobodies and why does Xion look like a emo-Kairi? -If you press the pause button, the heartless still fight you and some bosses still attack you. Wtf ? 3. For reals? I've never noticed that. -There was a heavy lack of cutscences in this game and it was mostly all boxed texted speaking, with random grunts or sighs voiced now and again. And most of the cutscences where Riku vs Xion, but without Riku speaking.. 4. Well...it is the DS. The best game I've ever played on the DS was Trace Memory, one of the very first ones to come out, and though wonderful, sometimes it just looks silly. And! There are NO cutscenes like in 358/2 Days. As for the whole Xion/Riku thing, are you talking about the nice-looking cutscenes? Cause I mean they only had three, counting that 15 second one, and Riku talked in all of them. - The missions were basically the same each day, and almost everysingle day was a mission there was only one vacation day and the game gets repetitive rather quickly.. 5. Yeah, I hated the missions. Especially ones that tested you, like when you had to get those shields? FAIL.

She really...wasn't. I mean, everything made perfect in KH2 and we'd never even thought of the name Xion, didn't it? So she didn't have to be a character, and the story would've been fine. I adore Kairi. I adore Namine. Xion basically, in personality, is Kairi mixed with COM-Namine, and really, I would've much preferred to see them (in Namine's case, see her more) than watch a whole game about Xion. On the other hand, Kairi's rash and hopes and dreams with all her heart and Namine tries so hard and never backs down from what she thinks is right and Xion...didn't do any of that. She was pathetic for most of the game, and while I realize that's because her life force was being drained, I just couldn't buy her as anything remotely related to Sora, Kairi, or Roxas because she was so pitiful. I don't know what I'm trying to say. I liked Xion, but there was simply no use in her being there. Her theme is awesome, though.
Pandora Gear is your best friend. As is Gliding. Cura's are the best to have - when she does that light attack, you have a little prep time before it starts, right? That's the best time. If you're taking damage from her combos, Glide until you're right next to her at the edge of the fighting field and she won't hit you.
I'll admit that except for that thing in the desert...all I did was button mash.
Leechgrave owned me about four times because I was NOT gonna kill all those tentacles. I finally racked up enough potions to wear I could just go in and limit all over that coffin. Infernal Engine scared the mess out of me. That was the other boss I lost to. Was any one else kind of disappointed that Saix was so easy?
Who did you feel worse for at the end, Roxas or Axel? I felt incredibly bad for both of them, but Axel messed stuff up all on his own. When he was like "How did this happen?", I was like, come on, moron, you could've just let Xion go to Sora but nooo. And he wouldn't be straight up with Roxas. So while I feel bad for both of them because they lose each other and Xion, I feel worse for Roxas because he was such a silly boy and didn't deserve what happened to him. Did Xion bug the hell out of you (because she did me)? Xion's voice bugged, but Xion herself was okay. I was somewhat distraught when she started fading from Roxas' memories...but I mean, you know she's not gonna survive the game, so how can you get attached to her. Are there any other worlds you wish were in KH 358/2 Days? Are we never going to be allowed to wander around Destiny Islands? Who is your least favorite Organization member (not from the C.O. crew, a lot of people hate them)? Dear Lord I love the C.O. crew. My least favorite Organization member is Xaldin even though his voice actor is baller. Dude's an ass. Was Xion an easy or hard boss? Really, really easy. I had no hi-potions left by her last form and I still beat her on Standard. Haven't tried Mission though. Did you want the game to continue after Roxas was inside the other Twilight Town? No, because I hate that part of KH2. I mean, I love Roxas, and I love, love, love HPO, but I do NOT wanna do that job mess more than I have to. I have a file saved for my KH2 right after that so I never have to do it again. Did you want the game to start sooner in the story? A world of yes. I wanna see Roxas right from the beginning. Why do you think they only have one flavor of ice cream? Because it's Axel's favorite. And what Axel likes, Axel makes sure is the only flavor that appears in the game. Why did Hayner, Pence, and Olette have bigger parts than King Mickey? Because they're awesome? Also: Post what really pissed you off about the game (you know, besides anything I mentioned.) -Emblem missions -Zip slashers and all the bosses that looked like them. -Fighting flying bosses in Neverland. -Fighting with Xaldin. Stupid lances push everything too far away. -The fact that my darling Larxene is kind of a wimp in Mission. -GREY CAPRICES! -The repetiveness of the missions period.
He definitely was. Like Riku said, the organization, their darkness, "mess up our worlds." Their cause destroyed entire worlds, so many people lost their hearts, so they could be whole again? I mean I understand where they were coming from, but they were trading innocent lives for theirs, which is human and selfish but not something Sora could ever identify with, so I felt his genuine disgust and hate - as close as Sora can get - for these people and completely understood.
I really just wanted Pocahontas. Its my favorite disney movie. Hunchback of Notre Dame would be freaking sweet as long as we get to keep the villain...what's his name, Frollo?

Huh....I really hate that you can't skip cutscenes. Like...really. I know the dialogue before you fight Clayton by heart. But I've never had any trouble getting my cures fast enough. I do however hate that you don't have enough control over what Donald and Goofy are doing, so they use up everything like mad and DONALD NEVER HEALS YOU.
Probably Tifa, actually. Non-FF character'd most likely be Olette. However, my personality is most like Tifa's.
I think if someone were to take away my best friend, I'd probably go more Riku-like to get him back. Like, give into the darkness and whatnot? But by saying that, I'm also saying that yeah, I'd totally do it. New worlds and stuff? Totally my deal.

I'm just gonna add my two cents and say I'm pretty indifferent. In video games, I never care for the main character as much as I care for everyone around him/her. I think that Sora ALWAYS follows his heart, and has a good heart. I believe he loves his friend and his cause, but I also believe he doesn't quite get it.
I really really like Kairi. I've never been able to pinpoint why, but I think it's partly cause I freakin love the magic of RikuSoraKairi!friendship (I see it, I'm not sure everyone else does, and that's cool), partly cause she's got so much potential, and partly because Riku and Sora obviously think she's awesome enough to risk their lives on. In contrast, I'm not a big Namine fan. Mainly cause they gave Namine ALL of Kairi's character developement.
