Roxas was Sora's Namine' was Kairi's, and the first 6 members of OXIII were Ansem's understudies. so, we need to think, could there be anybody that we know that might've lost their heart? Or is she just going to be one of those #s7-12 unknown Nobody people? I don't think it's Aqua. :\ It seems to obvious, like how Roxas was Sora's. And she seems to be on the good side, remember the spolier? With the kid-that's-not-Roxas-but-looks-a-hell-like-him and the kid-that's-not-Xehanort-but-looks-a-hell-like-him..... Terra and Ven. And what's so important about her, what's her purpose being Number 14? Why was Xemnas trying to hide her???
