Damn you're right, works perfect!! Using it on pcsx2 as well. Like ze.black.mamba says. Replace 'BYTE' with 'extended'. Then you're good to go! Thanks to this I've now completed Jiminy's journal! All synthesis done... I feel guilty for having x4 ultimate weapons though ;p Thanks for the tip!
Same problem here as well with the Synthesis items also using PCSX2. I did come across this for individual gems, crystals etc: http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?88081-Kingdom-Hearts-II-Final-Mix-Codes-(Closed-3)/page177 BUT it's in ARMAX format or something so completely useless to me.... unless someone knows how to convert them???
