Not sure if I'd call myself hardcore, lol. :P I just love the series... own all 7 of the current games (excluding imports, but including HD I.5 ReMIX)... 2 guides and a t-shirt. I'd need serious $$$ to be hardcore. XD
I think that too, about how others think it's kinda kiddie. Don't get me wrong though, it isn't too kiddie to me. It's kinda nice having KH-on-the-go, though. That's how I look at it, anyway. :) I'd never attack someone and get all righteous on them like, 'OMG u hav 2 pley KH, itz sooo kewl an ur liek sum kinda loozer 4 not liekin it...', y'know? lol "To each their own." And the handhelds...may have been much better had Nomura directly directed their creation...but since he wanted all of his focus on Versus XIII (FFXV), we got less than best. That could partially be why the story got so out of control...he wasn't there to tighten the right bolts...

I, myself,don't know anyone personally who hates KH. It's definitely a good series and not as confusing as many think it is. The KH3D plot about Xehanort made sense once I delved into it. I think I have too much time on my hands...also! I'm glad KH went back to centering around the Disney worlds' stories. :D
All worlds begin in darkness and all so end. The heart is no different. Darkness sprouts within it, grows, consumes it. Such is its nature.
