A rough outline of a terrible fanfic, as requested by Cat.

I. Doctor is being all angsty about Rose again.
II. Rose appears in TaRDiS.
III. ???????????
IV. It is somehow revealed that Rose is part Dalek thanks to the genetic transfer in the episode "Dalek."
V. She meets the current companion.

1. She gets jealous.​

VI. Rose goes on EXTERMINATE rage to kill all the companions the Doctor has had since her so that she can have him to herself.
VII. ???????????
VIII. Rose is defeated and comes to her senses. This is accomplished by using Donna as bait, then Martha does something while everyone else watches from a safe distance. The plan really should have failed miserably.
IX. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
X. Daleks kill everyone.
XI. The Daleks live happily ever after.
XII. End.

You captured Rose's love and the Daleks' love of extermination beautifully. Just one piece of advice, use Martha as bait; she's more expendable than Donna.
