Somewhat lovely, change the colors to something different.

 

I like it. It's simple yet gets the point across that everything becomes a pile of dirt eventualy.

 

I actually thought the text, paired with the image of the Moose suggested Migration and instinct.

 

I got a different message from the text and looking at the effects in the background, starting from one end and going to another it looks like the moose is being sort of created and then broken down, similar to the way God made Adam from dirt and then when you die you are put into the ground and start pushing up daisies.

 

If you look directly behind the moose, all the affects in the sig are one single mountain vector picture/brush which is smudged and blurred and put under other affects as well, there's only one Moose.

 

Ahh I see. I still like my idea though.
