Reminds me of Magna Carta. It's a PS2 game. It kind of looks like the characters there.

The character in Magna Carta's name is Calintz, btw.

 

Also looks like it may be from Desert Coral, but this is just speculation.

I have that pic in one of my albums(I think). But um he kinda looks like the guy from... Um from... OOO yea Time Crisis in the mall I went to when I saw Iron Man 2. He kinda looked like that, but he had black eyes, and a gun.But it was probably something that was made to make it look cool. Cause I don't even think that he's in the game.
