I downloaded Audacity because I'm doing part of the chorus Be Prepared now. It was working normally, just an annoying sound but it's probably my microphone.

So I decided to sing some musics I like to test it. I sang Simple and Clean and exported it to my computer, in WAV format. The result was good and works in my computer.

Then I sang the Be Prepared, save in WAV format and it worked too.

But now I sang another music and when I try to export it to my computer it says:

The / is ON the letter O. I don't know what this thing means.

Then when I see the folder I saved the file, it is there. Normal. WAV and everything, but when I try to open it on my Windows Media Player it says something like this:

    And doesn't open it.

Does anyone know what happened? And how can I fix it?

    Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Another recording program may be useful as well.

This maybe your problem explained here: http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=60424

It seems that you have a corrupted project file.

A'ight, problem appears to be solved so I am going to go ahead and close this, but just let a staff member know if you need it reopened for anything.
