Confirmed by @cstar and me so far. I don't submit media myself, but I thought it was originally just loading, so I gave it a try myself after cstar mentioned that was the issue.
I am looking into the issue and will update when I find out more about what i causing the error. Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.
