    the real ansem never lost his heart therefore never became a heartless and nobody, and was known as DiZ. xehanort lost his heart and had a heartless (kh1 ansem) and had a nobody (xemnas). right?

    had to post this cause roxas' thread got me really confused.

    Ansem the Wise (DiZ)

    His apprentice, Xehanort, lost his heart, creating a heartless and a nobody. The heartless we killed in KH1, the heartless's real name was Xehanort's heartless, but he went as Ansem.

    The nobody form of Xehanort, we defeted in KH2. He abandoned the name of Xehanort and became Xemnas.
