Actually I think when she settles in she will do a pretty good job, the girl has a lot of ideas, it is just a matter of making sure she follows through with them. I'd back her over some of the others :v

I talk to him on MSN fairly often, he is happy, so I am happy, because he deserves to be so <3

I voted spdude, because all staff have their good points and their bad points, but I think his resulctance to be involved with and work on improving the site has let the place down badly.

Just because she voted for you doesn't mean she thinks she's better. She isn't nominated so she can't vote for herself even if she wanted to, in case you missed that. Also, she has been staff for, I don't know, a week or something. Way too early to judge. She might just as well become better than you've ever been.

 

That wouldn't be too hard to believe if the girl continues on the right path, besides surpassing your creativity corner moderating would be easy...actually doing something, as opposed to nothing. I've spoken with her and I can attest that she's full of ideas and if she continues along those lines, then she'll do great. Unlike some others...
