Enough with this "celebrity death week" already. >> Michael Jackson was obviously mentally ill, and that's a shame, but forgive me if I don't cry that the world has come to an end over his death. People die everyday, every few minutes, and we're whining because an obnoxious guy on a commercial, or a psycho who sings, passes on?
He was a figure globally known. Of course people will discuss his death. Someone doesn't like not being the centre of attention :'D
xD I'm not jealous of a pedo. I'm just tired of seeing these constant tributes to this weirdo everywhere I go (and I mean EVERYWHERE. I turn on the radio, there he is. I turn the TV, there he is. The internet? More people whining about how it's celebrity death week!).I have little sympathy for Jackson. I feel bad for his kids. I hope they're not messed up beyond repair.
:/ People are so annoying about the "MJ was a pedo" thing. He was let off in court, there's no proof. The parents who accused him settled for money fairly quickly, if my kid was raped I would make sure that guy was in jail. And it's a person who died, of course people are going to be upset, it's just so widely talked about because they were famous.
Regardless of his personal life, he was an amazing musician. You should have more respect for someone who has had a positive impact on the world.
Well, now he was cleared of his pedoness, the kid who he "Molested" admitted that he didnt at all, that the child's dad put him up to it for the money. Because of those cases, he had problems more then he should had
He's dead, will everyone drop the fact that he might have molested kids? This thread is beyond immature. At least have some respect.
I don't deny Mr. Jackson had talent and some charm, but one could debate whether "music" made him famous, unless we're talking about the Jackson Five. His '80s career was due to slick videos he did not produce, choreography he did not plan out, and the producing of Quincy Jones. Maybe if this was someone whose contributions to his field are strongly in question, but actually did some good in the world like, I don't know, Jerry Lewis, who actually helped children rather than sleeping with them, I'd actually care.
There are so many things wrong with this post that I'm just going to wait for the other members to pick them out.
Music did make him famous. Once he started singing in the Jackson Five;their career took off. Either way,he was made a contribution to the music/pop inductry and you should show respect.
It was never proven that he slept with kids, in fact I believe the allegations were only that he touched the kids' genitals. And he was proved innocent in court. And the guy did have musical talent, he could sing. And even if he didn't plan the choreography he still had to dance it, and if you've ever tried doing the Thriller dance it isn't easy.
I noticed how, when Fawcett, it was understandably all the rage, until Jackson kicked the bucket. I guess I'm annoyed at how she was instantly overshadowed, just because Jackson's more famous. Such is the sad world of entertainment (not saying it happend here, just in the news in general). Okay, so he was proven innocent, and is there not a pedophile. He was still mentally ill in many other ways.
He's gotta point here. Michael wasn't really anything special and I personally think he is pedo! loljk idkmybffjill
Everyone kind of saw Fawcett coming, and if you think about it it's really better off that she's out of her pain. She was suffering from cancer. And of course MJ had some problems, he grew up in the spotlight.
I'm not a huge fan of Micheal Jackson, but he's an icon. I did also notice how Farah was overshadowed, but I seriously don't think she would have gotten much news time anyway because she was struggling with cancer and it wasn't an extreme suprise. Everyone has issues;and we'll never really even know everything...That's why for the most part I don't judge people.
