Favourite song to play on your instrument?

Title says it. What's your favourite song to play on your guitar/piano/keyboard etc...? Or are you busy on your own song?

Personally, I love to play 'Memories Of Light And Waves' from Final Fantasy X-2 on my guitar.

 

I haven't played my drums in ages but i always played random songs from DMC3 on it XP

 

Amaranth by Nightwish on the piano.

Hard as hell, but sounds f'awesome.
I also play by ear for songs like "Through the Fire and Flames", "Valley of the Damned", "Only One", "Ocean Avenue", "What I've Done", "Numb", "One Step Closer", "GO!! Fighting Dreamers", and a whole bunch of anime/video game music.
Best thing I've played by ear is the original 1986 Transformers: The Movie theme. x3

Nocturne
Presto

Homage for InuYasha is on a whole different level of insane. I'm just gonna say that. xD
And I've played a whole lot of songs, both popular and classic over the years.

I love to play Anime too, especially Final Fantasy soundtracks!!:woohoo:

 

On electric guitar, it's fun to play My Happy Ending and He Wasn't by Avril Lavigne, on acoustic Good Enough by Evanescence. I play a simplified version of it on the piano too, it's a lot of fun. On piano/keyboards my favorite song to play is Your Star, another Evanescence song. It's a bit out of my league, but I can play most of it now...

lol my favorite song to play is "Kum Bai Yah". (sp?) I played it at a talent show once and it brought tears to the eyes of some people in the audience. :)

 

I'm still somewhat of a beginner in guitar, so I don't think I have a favourite song yet. >_<

 

Hmmm...I would have to say "simple and clean" or "Never to late on the guitar".

 

Wonderwall by Oasis on the guitar. It's super-de-duper easy.

Can't be as easy as Smoke On The Water by Deep Purple... is about the easiest song on earth, but its a classic!

 

I keep playing one of the songs I can actually pull off on my acoustic guitar: "Selfish Love" by Miyavi.
Trained and played that song nonstop to try and pull it off, and I'm proud of being able to play it fully without sheet music.

 

You play with sheet music? Good job... have you already tried TABs? Its much easier.

 

I mean the chords, not the melody. I haven't tried the melody yet. :sweat:

I like to play "When Your Heart Stops Beating" by +44 on the drums. I used to play it all the time (till my drum set went byebye).

 

Sounds great, doesn't it? I think its the best FF song ever...

I was thinking about: should I put drums in the list? yes or no? but I didn't... I dunno why.
