Hey guys, does anyone know where I can find a summary of this really old game called Kingdom Hearts? They're making us play it in school, but I can't understand anything they're saying. Help please? I need to answer the questions on my homework and my great gramps is too old and crazy to explain it all.

 

Oh dude, you forgot to turn your "JAPANIMENGLISH" subtitles in the settings. Don't worry, everybody forgets to do that ever since Call of Duty Modern Warfare 17 showed us how to make games right. lol who needs a story? ONLINE MULTIPLAYER BITCHES!

 

I would turn on the subtitles so I can understand it, but I got an old edition of it. This one doesn't have subtitles for our English, just the original old ones. I wish I'd gotten the newer "No Fear Nomura" edition.

 

My Gran says you should figure it out your damn self like she had to.

 

Don't look into it too much, I'm pretty sure it was pretty messed up to begin with. Just because it is old doesn't mean it was deep or important, really. Though aside from the story did anybody else find it to just be hard to play? I have an old copy too and it isn't showing up on my holoraphic projector right, it is just flat. How are you supposed to jump correctly when everything is like that. How they played games like this and enjoyed it is beyond me.

 

Yeah, but I can't even understand what they're saying. Is "riku" like an old word for "bro" or something?

Though I don't really think it's so hard to play. I mean, it was kind of weird to be in third person and not be able to shoot with that weird gun thing, but I got used to it. It was made for that 2D screen, so it's not that hard when you keep that in mind. That menu command thing though, that's just annoying. Why can't I just use RT or something to switch to magic or items?

 

The game's lame anyway. Its not First-Person and you don't get a gun. Useless sissy emotional attachments too...

I know, right? Gah, I don't get any of this. I'm gonna get back to Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Great Granny gave it to me when it came out, said she was too old for it now. I wonder what she meant?

 

Dude awesome game you don't even need to explore its literally a straight line from beginning to end and no interacting with people!

 

I know! I told Granny that she should try it, but she just shook her head and giggled.

Sounds like some gay sh*t about love in a castle.

 

It's this old game they're making us play for Historical Entertainment class. From what I can tell it's about some kid and two Disney characters going around to search for these keys so they can stop Mickey Mouse from taking over the world.

Has your class gotten to the Nintendo 64 yet? My class just took the test on it.

I was astonished t how advanced we were back then.

I can't really help you out, bro. That game's way too old for me to translate. Maybe when they release Kingdom Hearts III, there'll be some references to the first one and we can piece it together.

 

We're all the way up to the mid-PS2 era. I can't wait 'till we get to the PS4. I hear that's when they made the REALLY big advancements.

 

You've still got the PS8? Dude, the PS9 has full backwards compatibility all the way back to the PS1. Not that anybody has those games anymore. I think they put that feature in just for us students. Speaking of current gen consoles, what do you guys think about the merger between MicroSony and Nintendo? Think they'll come out with any good handhelds?

 

There are no such things as PS9 or PS8. In fact, PS7, PS6, PS5, and PS4 don't exist, either, just PS, PS2, and PS3.
