hacks on psp?

i was wondering if there is any way to hack or make codes with just a slim white psp. no computer no fat black psp just my white vader psp.

if not i had a good idea. could ANYBODY make a program that we can download directly to a psp to the game folder or something. then with a disk in the drive go into the program and it starts up the disk. then in game you can open a menu and put in codes do live dumps etc. it doesnt sound very possible to me but it would be sooo awesome!!!
