Story - New Domino City

Yusei and the Signers are plagued by dreams of people they have never seen who are in danger. No one knows what they mean, each of their dream have a connection with their Mark of the Dragon. After dueling Roman in a dream, Yusei realizes that there is more at stake, when he and the others find the Bridge destroyed, they are caught in a flash of light near the ENGERYD reactor, sending them to Earth, in the year 1998.

Destiny Island

Sora, Riku, and Kairi had just received a letter from King Mickey, which brings them urgent news. The letter read:

To Sora, Riku, and Kairi,

I recently visited Master Yen Sid, and he gave me the gravest news. On the world Earth, there is a young woman who has great magical powers. The darkness will no doubtly be after her. Your mission to go to that world and protect the woman at all costs. Her name is Hermione Granger. Your Keyblades will show the way to her.​

The three of them get ready and head to Earth, riding Sora's Gummi Ship.

Earth

Earth is ruled by Voldemort, Hermione Granger, leader of the London Muggle Rebellion for the past four years, is purged by dreams of people with unusual marks on their arms and who wield strange weapons. Hermione soon discovers that she has new magic and has become the target for many new enemies only to be saved by the people in her dreams. She decides to join them and they all begin a unbelievable journey.
