Considering the fact that it came out recently, I doubt you would see it for second-hand at your local VG shop. If you really need the second-hand copy, try shopping online. Or just do a bit of work, get some extra cash and buy a new copy. Worst case scenario is that you wait for awhile until someone decides to trade it in.
Most shops still sell it for like £30+ even when it is pre-owned. Ebay is your best bet. I did a quick search, most are auction items, but i did see one, brand new, for £25 and postage is £1. If you don't mind payin' for the extra £6 it's worth a look.
There's a very high chance that you won't see something like that for at least 3 years. I'm not sure how things are done in the U.K., but in North America it takes at least 3 years for a $60 game to get down to the $20 dollar range. You can check Ebay, but chances are you may just find the game for much steeper prices.
