Help with cosplay...

Well, here in Texas, A-Kon is coming in July! That means I need to get a good cosplay costume.
The problem is, I have no idea what to be! -le gasp-
Here is what I have narrowed it down to,

Axel
He would be hard because of hair and not enough money for a nice trench coat and A-Kon tickets. Also, I need contacts.

Mafuyu-From Fatal Frame I

He would be hard aswell because of hair. Though I could get his clothes easly.

She would probley be eatiest, I'm not sure how I could get my hair like that though.

Count D-From PetShop of Horrors

He might be hard. Hair, again, might be a problem. I might have to cut my hjair and straighten it. Though, for clothes all I need is a kimono. Also, two diffrent coloured contacts.

you can buy a wig for Axel, but if its too much, then no.

the 2nd person... if they look too normal, no one will know your cosplaying. Trust me.

3rd one, I think is best. If its easy, and clothes look Japanese, then go for it

4th, if you have the bidget, I'd say go it it aswell.
