Hollow Bastion-KH1 Or Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden-KH2?

Hey everyone.^^ I was wondering which version of Hollow Bastion do y'all
like better...I personally liked Hollow Bastion in KH1 because it felt darker
and that dark atmosphere was what really felt like a Hollow Bastion to me.
I also got goosebumps when KH1's version of Scherzo di notte came on when
I was fighting heartless in that world that Maleficent infected with evil...

 

I agree. The Hollow Bastion in KH1 was better. I liked the fight with Evilku and stuff. All the puzzles that needed to be solved. It was challenging, but fun.

 

I was in awe when I first saw the KH1 Hollow Bastion, it was just amazing, the architecture was simply beautiful. I liked the library a lot too. What I did not like of that version of Hollow Bastion was it's maze. It was just... so hard and frustrating.

HB, or Radiant Garden in KH2 was in some ways bigger than the one in Kh1, and I liked the structure of the city better. It was also calmer and safer, if easier than in KH1. Most of my favorite cut-scenes from KH2 took place in Hollow Bastion, too.

I can't really choose which I like more, they've both got their pro's and con's.

 

I like Radiant Garden much more...

KH1,a lot more.
It has the best fights in the series(RIKU),it's cooler,it's music is better(Yes,the musics are different),it's harder what else you want?

 

Hallow Bastion in KH2, for me...

Hollow Bastion in KH1 looked amazing. The giant turrets, hovering lifts, massive chambers and the mixture of colouring made an awesome castle. But that castle is only a part of Hollow Bastion. In KH2 there's so much more of Hollow Bastion, and some very amazing sights. Two of my favourites are the view of the ruined castle, and the really really big blue room that seems to go on forever next to Ansem's study. Also, everything else in the place looks great, with many nice details like Scrooge's shop, which is a giant refrigerator.

The music has a great feel to it in the original KH, that it lacks in the second. But there's still a version of the original theme, and it suits the new Hollow Bastion. Also, the views make up for the sound.

Finally, there's so much to enjoy in the KH2 Hallow BAstion. An exciting range of FF characters are there, with excellent cutscenes. There are some great moments, and some of my favourites. Each area has its own unique feel and instant, positive memories. As I explored the place, I recieved surprise after surprise. First Luey etc., then Yuffie etc., then the Gullwings, and the Organization, and the 100 Acre Wood, and Tron, and Tifa, and Mickey, and Sephiroth... There were so many good encounters and memorable events in this new place.

I definitely choose Radiant Gardens.

 

The KH1 Hollow Bastion is okay I guess... The design of the buildings and such were pretty awesome. I like the Radiant Garden/Hollow Bastion one in KH2 better because you get to run around and explore the town that they're rebuilding. :D

 

Hollow Bastion was my favorite world in KH1. Radiant Garden was just horrible, nothing fun ever happened there!

 

Kh2 Radiant Garden forever.I like KH2's Sherzo Di Notte/Night Joke or Joke of Night in english.

 

They both have their flaws and awesomeness. In KH1, the lift system drove me insane. But I enjoyed the plot line there and the seriousness.

KH2 I loved the storyline at Radiant Garden too, but it did lose a little bit of it's magic. So I don't know which one I like better. I guess it's kind of a tie.

 

i liked hollow bastion in the first kh better
like it doesn't seem like any of the other worlds and all the puzzles and stuff was fun doing (especially the book stuff for sum reason xD)
to me hollow bastion/radiant garden in kh2 just seemed like another world to me and it's not really unique or anything unlike the one in kh1

 

kh1, it was alot more mystical, and secretive, better for a origin of the nobodies

 

KH1.

I liked the way the Castle was, and you could go inside. In KH2 you only get in there by using codes. Also, the castle is almost a pile of trash.

Yeah. Hollow Bastion was better in KH1.

 

KH2 looks nicer, but it was fun to be in KH1 HB too...

Square should've added both versions so we can explore the castles; towns and other things

 

Radiant Garden because in Kingdom Hearts II you get to fight Sephiroth here and do the 1000 Heartless battle.

 

I like Hollow Bastion in KH1 better. The music sounded more... Hollow Bastioneeish. The rising falls were really sweet. I liked the puzzles you had to do there in order to progress in the castle. Sadly in KH2, you don't see much in the castle anymore :(.

 

I liked the 2nd better, because Hollow Bastion wasn't confusing to get around, and the layout was easier for me. However, I liked in the first one, how you could jump off of any edge and land somewhere. xD Mmm, I liked the confusing layout sometimes, but jeez, I hate that room where you fight "Riku" the 2nd time. I know that video before that by heart, still and I haven't seen that video in forever. xD

 

KH2 Hollow Bastion looked a lot nicer, and it was definitely a good change of pace from the castle. But I think I did enjoy the castle a little more. All those puzzles and contraptions to figure out made it very interesting, and I was fascinated by the Rising Falls (I stared at them for something like 10 minutes before moving on with the game XD)
