My ipod screen is plain white!

Nothing is showing up even though I can still listen to the music!

I've tried everything? D; What do I do?

I've turned it off and on, I've charged it, I've synced it...​

 

Hardrive no longer works.That happened to mine.I tried charging it,updating it,I left it alone for a few days and it turned out the hardrive like burned out or something.Does it make like a beeping sound when you try to reset it?​

 

You have to restart your iPod. Search on youtube about how to restart your iPod, but type in what type of iPod it is.

nah, its probably buggered. Just go get a replacement.

 

Btw, you restart your iPod by using a series of button presses and stuff. So, search on youtube how to do it and put in what type it is.

 

You press the center button and the menu button to reset the ipod.You need to press them at the same time for the ipod to reset.​

 

Turn the hold button on and off, then hold the middle button and the menu button

You're welcome. I used to have an ipod and it did that all the time. It seems like you can't find any good hardware these days without something being wrong with it...

Your welcome.For some reason that happened to my ipod but the hardrive stopped working.Everytime I would want to reset it,it would make a beeping sound.Luckly,that didn't happen to your's.​
