How do I make my video quality less...crappy?

    These clips are from khv. I spent a lot of time on making both of these amv's and I want them to look great. I made both using Windows Movie Maker. Is there anything that can be done in WMM so that the quality actually looks decent? It looks really ****** right now and I dont know what to do...

    Im not advertising them I just was using them as examples of crappy quality.
