    Use an image program to resize it, then upload again.

    If you don't have Photoshop/PaintShopPro/Gimp or whatever, you can use MS Paint. You go to Image and the Ctrl-W command I think, and just take it from there. I'd save as the original filetype or jpg for your sig.

    Easy, YOU talk to it, when ever you talk on this forum it tends to make people patience and IQ's smaller trying to read it, so it should work for images.
