I need your help.

So I just found out my version of the ps2 is version 12. im looking over the slim tool install guide and I can't for the life of me figure out what to do with the back peice, it says put it in then lift it up? does anyone know what to do?

 

..... I think I have that type, but my sister set it up for me... XD;
