Kingdom Hearts II im new here,and I have some questions about Final Mix(no info,just help)

    1.at the main menu of Final Mix,it gives me 4 options of what im assuming is difficulty,I chose the bottom one,which one is critical and how can I tell?

    2.where would be the best,fastest way to level so I can fight those Org data soon
