Is KH:DDD the same as Kingdom Hearts III? And what system is it gonna be on?

I'm confused, could I get some clearence? Is it the same? And will it be like on another portable?

 

KH:3D (or Dream Drop Distance, whichever you prefer) is NOT the same as Kingdom Hearts 3 and it will be on the 3DS.

 

I'm not sure what gave you the idea that Dream Drop Distance is the same as Kingdom Hearts III, but it's definitely not. Word has it that it will be tying up many loose ends before the next numbered title comes out, and it's on the same level as a numbered title as well, so you can expect just as much excitement for it.

As for the platform it will be released on, that will be the 3DS, and it will be released in North America on July 31st.​

yup it's on the 3DS, they need to get to the point and work on III because honestly it better not end up being vaporware like FFXIII versus has been declared to be. Anywho, since the question has been answered i'll lock this :3
