    despite the fad that made it look bad, its actually an amazing show. Compared to other animes (and manga) it has (an) amazing artwork, storyline, characters, character developement...

    You get hooked easily. Especially because the main character isnt a good guy. Its a bad guy. A very bad guy...who thinks hes doing good...

    A guy thinking hes a good guy bad guy.

    Death Note really makes you make you think, doesn't it?
    A bad guy who thinks he's a good guy, who is not really the bad guy, but acts like one who is attempting to be a good buy. But only in the end is proved to be nothing between a good and a bad.
    It's all so very confusing, but oh well. The anime itself is awesome, 'nuff said.

    Anyway, I like it cause it really crosses the lines between good guy/bad guy morality. Makes you wonder what it would be like if Light wasn't the one who got the Death Note. He was a genius, but still fell to corruption.
