    The different stages are her positions through the forum.

    Member = Stage 1
    Premium - Stage 2
    FH = Stage 3
    Mod = Stage 4
    S.mod = Stage 5
    Admin = Stage 6

    I for one hope she never reaches stage 6 or else we're all doomed. :P
