So after reading this. I'd like to ask, when is taking drugs and/or trying too kill yourself classed as murder while you are with baby? What if the woman didn't know she was having a baby due to the effects of drugs and/or depression as well as not finding out before hand?
there is so much wrong with this. a fetus is not a child. not yet. maybe if aborations were legal in certain states, they wouldnt be pulling this ****.
It's a grey area to say the least. Stopping your own life, whilst carrying another life would kill said thing you are carrying. If you are aware of the life you put in jeopardy, then it is... Like murder almost. Unaware then there is nothing you could do to know. I wouldn't want to be in the situation.
