My First Beer

Oh, okay, well it was kind of creepy. It must feel weird...but I'm not trying it.

 

Beer, sounds okay. I prefer water to all other things 'cause it's all I have most of the time. Oh yeah everyone must see this-

It's not illegal to drink in your own home at 15.

And personally I find it to be no problem to have 1 beer at that age.

 

I don't even like coffee, why would i like beer?

Exactly. And as long as it is controlled then it doesn't really matter to much. My dad let me drink at like 14 he just made sure I didn't go out and act a fool.

 

I almost swallowed beer once. Someobody in my house replaced the Apple Juice with beer, so when I was drinking, there was this "needle-ly" foul taste and I spit it out....

Ugh, that stuff is nasty as hell.

 

I don't think coffee is like beer. Again i wouldn't know cause i don't drink tea, coffee, beer etc.

 

Most of you seem to think having alcohol is a bad thing.

Binge drinking is bad, but having the odd drink isn't.

In the UK the legal age to buy and sell alcohol is 18. But you are allowed to drink it in your own home at a young age, it's up to your parents consent. 1 beer at 15 is not bad nor will it do harm. I says it's good to be introduced to alcohol at around that age, it means it's nothing new or a mystery. A reason why alot of people that get drunk underage is because it's a mystery and do it for the sake of doing it because they know it's against the law. If you have had the odd drink at a young age it's nothing special to you and you won't be as urged.

I thought I will never like it, but now I quite like it.

 

In the UK you are allowed to drink in your own home/private residences from the age of 5 as long as your parents consent. I personally don't like beer, i like WKD and cider. Vodka and tequila are too burny ><

 

Of course the last one would. XD It's like 40% alcohol.

 

I don't think having the odd drink is bad but as DA said binge drinking is. Everyone has different likes & dislikes, so not everyone will like it.

Though the drinking age is 21 for you. Not all states have a complete ban. It appears you can still drink in your own home when your under 21.

 

I live in America, I think it was illegal but I don't care really.

 

True they don't have jurisdiction in your own house what you do in there is your own buisness, well minus a capital offense that is different.
