Support Solved No Thumbnail Options on a YouTube Video

    For some reason, this video never got a thumbnail. I tried giving it a day, and then before I went to bed this morning around 12:30 AM, I cleared my entire browser's data to no avail. Is my only option to give it a custom thumbnail?

    Okay, so I just ran into this issue again when I uploaded videos last night, except this time there are thumbnails when editing (unlike above), but they're just not showing.

    The third thumbnail is what I had chosen.

    Any ideas, guys?
