Fine...

What you do is:

#1 Grab the Hand

#2 Drag it As far back as possible (real slow)

#3 Then bring the mouse all the way around the game screen

#4 Slowly bring the mouse into the game screen (the opposite side of where the hand was left.

Then you should get like 700+ each time
