People can take everything away from you (But) they can never take away your truth.
Now I gave you something to think about. I will not mention who that quote is from, but can you understand what it means?

They can't take anything away from you because you never owned anything in the first place. Nothing about our lives is stable, because it all changes with time, including "truth", as if one could own an abstract idea like that.

Cool quote. But is "your truth" actually the truth?

Alright. They CAN take away your truth by changing it into their truth. It happens every day and you know it.

Logically, 2+2=4. We could argue with this in a serious tone and come to the conclusion that I am right, and you would have to accept it.

Awww, Goddammit, I was hoping that this one thread by Mike would not involve the kids and me!
