Pokemon Johto Journeys.

Alright this a RP similar to the actual Anime but the characters from the show are not to be played except by the TOP Trainers in a tournament that will be organized in the competitive arena. Anyway here's how it starts.

January 4th, 2010. The Elite 4 have reopened the tournament and are taking on newcomers as the gym leaders are. You as a trainer have risen to this challenge. You alongside your starter pokemon will battle pokemon and take on great feats. As you journey through your quest your destiny as a Trainer shall unfold.

Rules:
4 moves to a pokemon.
Use actual Johto starters
6 pokemon not counting a tag-along

Other characters from the series are allowed to be played but they have to be a minor character. No one like Gary, Misty, Tracy or Professor Oak

You may not use a legendary unless you have 8 badges and the item required or that person from the show has a legendary.
Only Entei and Zapdos have 2 available

No godmodding
Powerplaying is allowed to an extent from my point of view
Combos that can be used in the game without hacks are 100% legal despite what the rules say except for power play

If you are gone you may give a friend control of your character(s)
Trading is allowed but not among characters that are yours that includes other people's
Use the gym badge rule. If your traded pokemon is higher than
the level of your badge then it will disobey at random

No shadow pokemon
