The Difference: Messi's god doesn't exist, while Ronaldo's leg muscles do.

 

They're both stupid. What he's really saying is "thank you god for making ME so awesome."

As good as Ronaldo is he's a terrible team player. He's a selfish player looking only for his own glory and when something goes wrong he'll blame his team mates. I honestly can't see why folk like him.

I couldn't agree more. I can't even comprehend why people compare him to Messi anyways. We're talking about a huge difference in skill and talent. Ronaldo is nothing but a playboy who does commercials, makes a lot of money, goes with many women and cries every time he loses (very often). That's nothing to be respected for in the football field.

Probably cause a lot of football fans are arrogant themselves and they idolise his lifestyle. Where as Messi isn't out for personal fame and fortune (At least not like Ronaldo). I find Messi is a lot more humble and a far better sport - far better than a lot players nowadays.

I could understand if a player cried say after a final in the world cup but Ronaldo certainly does not like to lose. xD

Yeah, as many times as the goalkeeper touches the ball with his hands in football. But we don't call it "handball". That's another sport and it would be idiotic to call it like that 1)because those few times are actually insignificant and 2)because the name is taken so even if we were stupid enough to ignore the first reason we wouldn't try and get gold medal in stupidity by ignoring the second reason as well.
