Question about rep.

How come some of them are blue, and some of them are grey.

 

I dunno, I was wondering that myself. I've got one gray one, and I'm like "What the heck?"

 

I have 2 grey, First i thought they where negative but in the box they gave me posotive feedback.

 

Gray is like..you have nothing and you havent been active for awhile or you have a little bad.

Blue is like..your active or you have some rep.

Red is like..your a bad boy.

Im not completely positive on this though.
There are probably undiscovered ones but...nobody has enough rep

 

I think grey is for like some people repped that post so mayb some people lik 2 repped your post??? Lol I only have one grey! Mwuahahahahhaa! Worship me!!! Lol j/k >.>;

Hm... Well I think CFF gave me some rep, and that's the gray one. So maybe it's if a User with bad rep, rep's you?

... I'm sorry, I just found that very funny.

But I doubt that the gray ones are from people with bad rep because there's only one person with bad rep on here, and I doubt that Namine got all her rep from him.

 

I've worked it out, if someone has rep in Red, e.g CFF, then the rep he gives will be netural (nothing) so AKA grey, this is because a person with minus rep 9 times out of 10 can't be trusted with giving rep if you know what I mean, it's a way for those in neg rep not to abuse it.

 

so that means my rep means nothing DX

 

No because your rep is not in the minus, ok here is a little summary.

Blue rep = good, you can give rep to others (causes a persons rep to increase)

Grey = Netural

Red = Bad, can give rep to others but i won't raise their rep.

Having a Grey rep bar means you have 0 rep points I believe.

Ok as you know, we all have a rep bar at the below our post count, well it's it's blue, it's in the positives, if it's grey you have 0, and if it's red you are in the minus's. Blue is what pretty much everyone has, so you can give rep to people and raise that persons rep, so if I rep you I will give you 3-4 rep points, but if CFF reps you (who is in the red) it will give you nothing because he is in the minus's.
