At the end of Ch.9 you get to choose who you want, but you'll end up sticking with the same 3 through to the end. xD

FFXIII is a strange one. You either love it or hate it. Rent it first and try it.

and now im back to i wanna say Sazh...but idk its all a blur i woke up early lawl.

i love it...aside from that minor flaw...i really love the story...the game play is...its cute...im a button masher at heart so even though i really dont have to i button mash durring battles..which doesnt do anything cept wear my thumb out...

but yea..rent it...i love the game...cept for that small problem with my party

 

Yea I agree peoples. XIII is more of a crossfire FF. Usually, the traditional FF playes might hate. Frankly, I love it like any FF. Also, you can't choose your own characters until you meet up with Sazh and Vainlle (which is on CH.9)

 

Just persevere for one more chapter and you'll be able to change characters to your heart's content ^_^.

 

Once you're on the giant airship, which name I've forgotten, Sazh and Vanille break out while Lightning and gang are looking for them. At that point, you can customize your party. But like my delicious Kitty said, you're going to find 3 people and stay with them the whole time.

 

the combat system reminded me of Chrono Trigger...

sorta...but yea im in Chapter 9 and they just got on the Palamica...

the graphics look amazing! and i loved/hated the ending of chapter 8.

 

You didn't love seeing shirtless Snow? With his bulging and rippling muscles? The light shining off of his body? His blonde hair flowing off of his stubble? The force is strong within you, young one. :/gasp:

 

The ending of Chapter 8 was so good, so was the ending of chapter 9, but not as touching as then end of chapter 6(?) When Vanille goes out in the rain to make it look like she isn't crying. That was so sad :'(.
