oki now that i have your attention,

If you were stuck in the cold southern tip of antartica and had no food at all,your friend is dead coz he froze todeath and after 6 hrs of walking through the frozen wasteland, you see a penguin.

would it taste like chicken or fish?

At a guess it would taste like the food it eats so it would taste fishy. Not that I have ever eaten a penguin!
