Tell me why the weather in Canada is showing signs of a "delay".

I mean...

It's usually snowing by now.......
But.......

I know. Here usually we would get our snow by November 20 something

 

I never realized how much I miss the snow until we haven't had any. ;~;

Us, the true Canadians, are very sad indeed.

My best friend was telling me about that. He's glad it's not snowing there yet, but he's expecting a big blizzard to random hit out of no where. ​

 

It snowed a bit here on the 1st. That made me happy.
But then today was abnormally warm. :c
