So, YouTube's annoying...

Lately, I've been receiving general copyright notices from YouTube regarding videos being matched with third party content, which is normal, and the videos are still live. What's weird is that all of the sudden I've been getting them with very old videos.

Here's the latest one, with an upload date of 5/13/2009.

I get stuff like that from stuff i uploaded in like 2007, its just backlog and copy paste messeges it seems, ignore it I say.

 

That's what I do. It's just a bit odd that it's doing it on old videos.

Also, I've gotten some going back further than 2009, too.

 

I got one this morning. All they said was it was fine but they're gonna slap some ads on it.

 

Yup, same here. Luckily, for me, I use Mozilla Firefox.

It's almost always the music you use. Even years later you'll get it. Which is why I really only do gameplay videos now (without any kind of modified audio or added music)
