T__T...

Well....the other day, I got an official annoucnement.

I'm going to have to get an operation for my scoliosis - something I dreaded from the start. At first they said swimming would do the trick but NOW they tell me, after seeing the x-rays - for definate - I have to get an operation.

I...I am totally hospitalphobic. I hate hospitals, surgery freaks me out. I literally cried in my room for a bit because I was so scared. I don't know why I don't trust my own kind, but...I, I just plain don't!

This is worse than the time I got a spider on my bed T____T

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!! Why? I also have scoliosis and they did mension once something about an operation but i had to wear this robotic plastic kinnda suit to fix the problem, for about six years. Painful and annoying to death. I could do nothing. What's your degree? I had seven at first and then twenty. Now it's about five to six.

Plastic robotic thing...?!? WTF!! They mentioned nothing about that, they immediately jumped to the conclusion of an operation. They said it was really serious for my age, and if I let it continue bending (like 1 degree per year or some **** like that) the problem could be even more serious.

My degree was like 28? I can't exactly remember. The doc mentioned 36, but I'm not sure if it was for the future or if it was now o_o I didn't register much in the convo other than the fact "I'M GETTING A BLOODY OPERATION!!!!"

Well it's a quite big number. The higher i had it was 21. It hurts doesn't it? I still have pains some times.

I had it (well still have) in the end of my spine. *Sigh...* Yes, we are.

Yeah this thing was called " parent/guardian". I could show it to you if you want, but i think this is what the doctor also said to my parents the first time. As far as i remember he said that if it was 25 or higher i had to get an operation.

Well i do hope you get well. I know how it feels.

It REALLY hurts sometimes, I absolutely hate it. I never really noticed it until recently though, (as in a couple of years ago) when the pains were really apparent. I guess it was stupid on my part for not really paying attention to it.

*Sigh* I'm about to see my doctor after a year in about a week... Well it's better than it was.
